You guessed it, I’m a coupon clipper! It’s fun for me to see what I can save. Because I love saving money so much, I try to help others do the same.
Whenever I come across coupons that relate to cat food, I clip them out. I don’t have a cat – but my sister does. I had three coupons for her that allowed her to get $6 worth of free cat food! It took me a few extra seconds and saved her some cash.
You could take this idea one step farther by organizing a Coupon Exchange group with your friends. Find a group of 5 or 6, have each member write a list of the items they are looking for or what the families needs are. Perhaps it’s diapers and dog food, snacks for kids and yogurt. . . whatever it might be.
Create an envelope for each member of your group. As you go through the month and come across a coupon that meets a need of a particular group member, clip it and into the envelope it goes!
At the end of the month, get together and exchange the envelopes. If your group lives far apart, just drop them in the mail!
